Qualifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification required
Experience with students with autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral disabilities
Ability to coordinate work of Registered Behavior Technicians and paraprofessionals
Demonstrated knowledge and ability to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies
Knowledge of least restrictive environment and inclusive education
Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate individual and class-wide behavior systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Terms of Employment:
10-month year
Salary and benefits per MTEA agreement
AA/EOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
